On August 1, 2015, the new TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure rules announced by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) will go into effect. Property Settlement ruling upheld by Virginia Court of Appeals.

In an unpublished opinion (Record No. 2108-13-3) the Virginia Court of Appeals upheld a trial court ruling obtained by Paul Dryer in a hotly contest dispute over a property settlement agreement. Stephen Strosnider to serve as President-Elect of the Augusta Bar Association.

Stephen Strosnider has been selected as the President-Elect of the Augusta Bar Association for 2014-2015. Mr. Strosnider has previously served as Vice President and on the Augusta Bar Association’s judicial nominations committee. Following his term as President-Elect, Mr. Strosnider will serve as the Bar’s President for 2015-2016.
